What can you do when you're really bored in a small town with not much money?

I live in a small town that doesn't have much to offer. Most of it is for tourists My friend and I are always bored and don't have much money. Even if we did, there's not a lot to do. I've always heard "Get a hobby!", but you'd have to go out of town to do that. We have a theater, but that cost 8 bucks. We usually just walk around talking about nothing. We're not old enough to get jobs yet, sadly.

2. Volunteer, raise money, start projects, get things going around there. If you don't, who will?

5. Do you like to write? You can try blogging about your life living in a small town. You'd be surprised about how your unique experience can be an interesting source of blog material.
6. uhm Wow I would die. But not to worry. Ask parents for money? If you have a beach, go there. Mall? walk around. walking is fun, and good for ya too! ;)
7. paint!! i like to find old ugly looking household items and paint and re-decorate them. you could also try finding a video game or online game that interests you? maybe take up an instrument?
