Which website can I go to ask questions about towns and cities around the world?

I'm doing this a hobby and I don't want a travel website. Would like a website with message boards. Can anyone think of one?

Look through Yahoo groups "worldwide" at the bottom of the page. Nicaliving which I belong to is a really good group of people exchanging information about Nicaragua.It is easy and safe to join. The Xela pages run by my friend Tom in Quetzaltenango,Guatemala also has a messageboard and information about Xela and Guatemala. There are many others that I use because I travel often but I'm not sure if I have even given you what you were asking for...email me if you have any other questions and I will try to help.
