What can I do about this Y!A addiction?
Please help me find another hobby. My butt is growing wide in this chair. I love all of you guys, but I cant go on like this anymore. Please. I am reaching out for help. Is there a rehab center for this disease?

- It is an addiction. I almost feel like cancelling my internet for six months, lol
- what worked for me was to find a good book to read, the problem we all have is that we simply spend too much time on the computer much less the internet, we must turn off the beast and walk away, go outside walk through the park, go shopping or someting....enjoy the real world and as they say in The Matrix, "get unplugged." :)
