- Chess
- Bird Watching
- you could volunteer?
- jogging or any other of activity that you can do without spending any money. go for a swim in a lake. collect bugs. Learn to paint and than sell your paintings.
- Writing and drawing or painting don't cost a lot, depending on your preference...drawing or painting can get expensive, but usually only if you want artist-quality supplies and use a large canvas. I'm partial to photography, but that can be somewhat expensive--if you have a digital camera it's not expensive at all, except that the photos need to be burned to CD eventually. Knitting and crocheting are also not expensive, if you don't make huge projects. Even if you're doing something like an afghan, you can get yarn for about $.85 a skein. Reading is also a very cheap hobby, thanks to the library. (:
- Study nature, birds, animals, trees, shrubs, wild flowers, minerals, fish, insects, there's no end, and no matter where you live, there are many different items of nature that you can learn about. It's interesting, educational, and like all studies - - it exercises the brain.
- u could collect stuff! like anything u found n wanna collect!
- jogging
- Collecting stamps is rather cheap (depending in what area you would like to specialize in, of course). It is also fun, educational, and relaxing. Of course, you cn always try jogging, swimming, exercising...but those aren't really hobbies (in my opinion), no matter how cheap they are!
- Knitting is my favorite hobby. It might cost a little bit but its worth it.
- My hobby is sculpting dolls and figurines out of Creative Paper Clay, which is cheap and can be found at any Micheals craft store, or Hobby Lobby craft stores. Depending on where you live it cost from $5.00 to $ 7.00 per bar. It is a air dry clay, easy to use and FUN!
