Crazy Hobbies
Can you provide a membership form for a volunteer organisation that asks for the person's hobbies and skills?
I'm looking for sample club or association membership forms that ask for the person's skills and hobbies. This will help a voluntary association identify individuals that may assist where required, ie plumber, carpenter, accountant, lawyer, civil engineer, etc. I havent found anything so far. Advice appreciated.
