Is there any store like HOBBY LOBBY in bay area ?

1. If the bay area is Oakland, San Fran, etc. I know there are Michael's, JoAnn's, and Ben Franklin up there, possibly A.C. Moore as well.
2. Joann has stores all over the US Check their site for locations nearest to you or you can shop on-line.
3. The Bay Area is kind of big ... even if you're talking about the San Francisco Bay Area instead of any of the other "Bay Areas" in the U.S. The SF Bay Area is kind of divided up into geographical sections... San Francisco and The Peninsula (down to about Palo Alto), the South Bay (Palo Alto to San Jose), the East Bay (Milpitas or Fremont up to Oakland, etc.) and the North Bay (Vallejo and north). It might help to mention which town or at least which general area of the Bay you're asking about. So though I don't know which stores are in which parts of the Bay Area, in the South Bay there are at least craft stores like Michaels (no Hobby Lobby), D & J Hobby in Campbell, and Joanns Fabric store which all carry craft items (and some also carry "hobby" items which are usually geared more toward model airplanes and railroads, etc.). Art supply stores also carry *some* types of "craft" supplies, as do scrapbooking stores, rubberstamping stores, and even stores like Walmart, etc. HTH, Diane B.
