Paraguay is a country in South America. It will take you quite a while to get there. I am sure you can get a flight from George Bush International Airport to Paraguay. I am no so sure if you can do it through the Hobby Airport. Most of the airlines which fly to South America do not go through the Hobby Airport. They do so through George Bush International Airport. Both airports are part of the City of Houston. This means they are both in Houston. The distance will depend on your location.
