Would you quit a hobby because all the people you work with on it dont like you?
Its a teamwork sort of thing, No other groups in our city also. :-( I litterally get ignored, its making me uncomfortable, but I enjoy my hobby!

- I wouldn't quit the hobby but I would quit hanging around those people. Find a new group.
- then those people dont appreciate you, find some other people that like your hobby or you can just ignore them.
- If you could join up with a different group of people on the same hobby, yeah I would. But I wouldn't let them ruin it for me, but if the hobby had to do with teamwork, I would discontinue it.
- No. Never Give Up On something you love doing even if it means ppl stop liking you. Who cares what they think. get people who love you for you and not what you like. Find people who appreciate you and what you do.
- Hmmm. I would keep the hobby and dump the group. Why don't they like you? Are you mean or unpleasant? Is it just a cliquey and/or ridiculous group of people? Is the hobby something you can do with another group or on your own?
- Yeah, quit. Move on and do something else.
- just ignore them because if u like your hobby its about u not about them
- If it's not a school project, but something you are doing in your spare time for "fun" then I would stop if it was not "fun." If you still want to do the activity, find another group, or try to go it alone.
- Start a new group!! Don't let some stop you from enjoying what you love! I don't know what kind of hobby it is that requires teamwork, but everything I do is a single solitary type undertaking. Sometimes I would enjoy some help and need an extra pair of hands or two. But mostly I never see another person or talk to them while working on any of my hobbies.
- I would do it by myself. If that wasn't possible, I'd find someone else to do it with. Why let those jerks rob you of doing what you enjoy? That's letting them win.
- Never give up on anything you love because someone doesn't like you. Maybe try to find a friend or family member that may be interested in your hobby to go with you, who knows they may end up loving it too! Just remember you do your hobbies because you like it, not just because people like/dislike you.
- Certainly not. A hobby should stay with you regardless of what others think of you. If you enjoy the hobby, you'll stay with it regardless what other people think. You might look for a different group of people who have the same or a similar hobby. Or find a friend or relative who might work with you on the hobby.
- Group work can be a challenge. Too many personalities. Try to befriend one other person within this group. Maybe this person feels the same way you do and you could "team up" within the group.
- If there are no other groups to join in your city, have you considered starting a new one? There may be others who would enjoy a positive group with an enjoyable hobby!
