hobbies and interests in a tiny bush town? I moved last year from Brisbane to a tiny bush town and thought I could hack it, but I'm struggling. I have put on weight and go through stages of just feeling unhappy. I was addicted to ebay for a while, but that proved to be too expensive!! The town itself has very little in the way of hobby groups, so I'm looking for some ideas (the cheaper the better!!) to take up my spare time and hopefully gain some skills while I'm here. What can I do?
Is there a free shuttle service that connects Houston's Intercontinental Airport to Hobby Airport? We are flying out of town on Southwest at Houston Hobby Airport and returning to Houston on another air carrier via Houston's Intercontinental. We've heard that there is a free shutle service that can take us between the two. Is this true? And where can I find out more information on it?
Can anyone please tell me where I can attend a course in tattoo, eye line type tatoo in Cape Town area? I am aged 40 and want to just do an additional course as a hobby from home. I stay in Cape Town South Africa, hence I want to attend a college of sorts
What can you do when you're really bored in a small town with not much money? I live in a small town that doesn't have much to offer. Most of it is for tourists My friend and I are always bored and don't have much money. Even if we did, there's not a lot to do. I've always heard "Get a hobby!", but you'd have to go out of town to do that. We have a theater, but that cost 8 bucks. We usually just walk around talking about nothing. We're not old enough to get jobs yet, sadly.
Looking for family hobby. My husband and I are professional photographers and have a nine year old daughter... Our daughter is very artistic and being raised in a photography studio already knows a lot but my husband and I decided that we need to create a family hobby involving photography for two reasons. One: We want to spend time with our daughter having fun and developing deeper relationships. She is fun and loves to hang with us and at nine it is the perfect time to deepend that relationship before she hits the teens. Two: we obviously love photography but tend to do it more for work than we used to when we photographed for the simple joy. We decided that we should make a hobby of photographing 'something' as a form of 'collecting. We live in Texas and thought we would make weekend trips with our daughter to 'discover and photograph'. BUT WHAT? Any ideas what might be fun for two jaded pros and a little girls just learning the wonders of her camera? We don't want to do barns. Overdone. Texas wildflowers are only in the spring. We considered town squares in small towns. For fairly creative people we seem stumped. Any ideas. Places? Objects in towns? Cars?.Really, we would love any creative ideas. Maybe we have been paid for our work too long. We really want to rediscover the joy along with teaching our daughter the joy. Thanks! I love the suggestions so far. In the Texas Hill Country the big ranches decorate their gates very elaborately at Christmas. We talked about doing that as a book project a couple of years ago but haven't yet. And of course that is only at Christmas. Keep 'em coming. I can't wait to show Kiley Rea (that would be the little daughter... she is at her first away camp this week and will be excited to see all the things to choose from) Antoni... when you are a little girl...? You are too silly! We actaully did think about horses and she already does want a pony. We live in small town Texas. Tons of horse ranches. On across the street from my mother. My husband just took her out horsebackriding a couple of weeks ago. She knows no pony where we live but is begging for riding lessons. I've told her that will only happen when we decied to give up the luxury of buying groceries! :-) ...hum... 6 months of riding lessons or a new camera....hum...think we'll stick with ballet...

Will someone help me with a hobby? I'm a fourteen year old living in iowa, over summer vacation, and i'm really bored. I need a hobby, and i don't want it to be something to do with a computer, t.v., or video game console. I live in a semi-rural area, but there is a town about a mile away, and a city about 20 miles away. There is a large woods behind my house. Can someone suggest a hobby for me (just some stuff i have that could be hobby inspiring, a microscope, a guitar)
What hobby should I have? I live in a small town and there's not much to do. I just moved here and I don't have any friends, so it needs to be something I can do by myself. I like pretty much anything, but I would like the hobby to be something that is always changing, not like sewing where it's repetitive. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

How can I cope with living in a town where my fiance and his "first" have their history? I’m from San Diego and I recently moved with my fiancé to his hometown with a population of approx. 2,100. This town holds memories of his first (who happens to be his most recent ex-girlfriend) "love" and everything else in between. In order to get from our house to literally anywhere, we have to drive past her house. As strong as I am about everything else, I can’t seem to stomach this. I’ve managed to find a job, go to school, and pick up multiple hobbies but it's not enough to occupy my mind. This has already been brought to his attention and we've discussed the situation many times, but I just need outside input. He has made contact with her over the phone, which he was real open to tell me about. What bothered me was he neglected to mention that he spoke to her at the post-office, when I was waiting outside the parking structure as his ride. When he deliberately said that he would do his best to help me deal with this. Meaning, at least giving the heads up like, "Hey, I ran into you know who and spoke to her about this and that." I have thought about trying to get to know her myself, but I'd rather not. It’ll complicate things even more.
I need a hobby...any ideas? I'm a 20 year old female, live in a small town. I really need something to keep away the boredom. It would be nice to have a hobby that isn't too expensive. I get bored with scrapbooking.
where can you find country homes in jerseyville or godfrey or brighton area. No luck with realitors? We are looking for a home in country in jereseyville or godfrey or brighton area. How to learn about, and break into decorating or party planning.? I have always loved decorating, art, I love to paint, I love furniture, fabrics, and fashion. I've done faux finishes in my home, though I've never taken formal classes, and have decorated a few friends apartments. I love the odd, unusual and creative arts. Metal, glass, wood works. I've heard there's a difference between a home designer and a decorator. How would one start out? I am taking classes here and there, but it's not the complete picture. What type of companies would you work or intern for? I'd love to be on the cutting edge of unique and unusual things. This would be my second career in life, so I'd like to do it sooner rather than later. ;) Hence, I love party planning. It's like decorating to me, but you get to be more dramatic and change it often. I've done a few bridal showers and a few parties, but on a small scale. Can you make a living at it, or is it more of a hobby? And do you have to be in a large city? I am in a midsize but growing town. Thanks
Looking for a new hobby. I've recently moved to a new town and I am looking for a hobby to do where i could possibly meet new people. I'm looking for suggestions on a hobby to take up and why people like that hobby. Thanks.
How difficult is it to learn how to play ice hockey as an adult? I am 29 years old and soon to turn 30 and want to start learning how to play ice hockey. I never had ice hockey in my town growing up but always wanted to learn. However, I'm wondering how difficult it is to learn how to skate and some of the basic skills involved in order to play at the recreational level with no prior experience. I was quite athletic and played sports growing up such as basketball, football, baseball, and floor hockey, but have not played organized sports in about 8-10 years. Am I kidding myself trying to learn how to play ice hockey now at 30 years old?? It sure seems like a great hobby to take up.
How do I take photos of a concert? I do a lot of band photography as a hobby and I think that I am getting really good at it. There is a big band coming to town and I always see photographers behind the barricades. How do I become one of those photographers?
Is there any country or folk dancing in the capitol city of Iceland? Folk and country dance is my lifelong hobby, so since I am passing through town for about 24 hours I would like to contact like-minded people.
I'm finding it hard to find a girlfriend in the town I live in, compared to cities-any suggestions ?More below I am a sporty, fairly intelligent, outgoing Uni graduate who works in a town. Previously in cities I lived in, it was easy to find a girlfriend who shared my sports hobbies, interests of reading, being worldly and having lively discussions. I'm finding it very hard to find someone here who actually shares things in common with me, who are within my age range (am 35 but looking for anything less than 37). They're tolerant towards outsiders, but not very open-minded to anyone who is from outside the town when it comes to relationships. It's also not easy to have a relation with someone from nearby cities as during the initial phase, the most important period, it's not easy to go out to places on a whim, but has to be planned to taken into consideration travelling time, etc. I'm prepared to move if necessary. but for the right person once I know them as I'd need to find a new job. Any helpful suggestions are most welcome. Many thanks in advance:)

I need a hobby, any ideas? I am 26 years old and I have a pretty boring life it feels that way any way...I have a bf but i feel like I need something else to do beside be around him all the time..because he wants to do stuff with his buddies and it makes feel hurt and angry when he doesn't spend every second with me but that is not reality and I need other things to do... he needs that time and deserves it....and if I am not with him I feel lonely and left out like he doesn't want me around or something. I know I have got to get over that ...He has a hobby and a group of friends to share that with...but other than him I have a pretty boring life...I teach...come home, watch tv stay on the internet, to me the internet is not a hobby, so people consider it to be but I don't...I want some thing fun to do with other people something I can do to meet people and is not very expensive...tell me some hobby's that you all have...any teachers out there tell me what you do for fun. not into bars and clubs...all my female friends got married and moved off...so not many women to hang around in this one horse town..
how do i take my mind off of my boyfriend while he is out of town and give him his space? i love my boyfriend very much and find that i am constantly thinking of him. he is currently out of town and hasn't really been calling me. this hurts me terribly. im not concerned that he is cheating or anything, i just miss him. plus we just recently got back together after a 2 month break-up. he asked me to be with him again, but then had to go out of town a week later. i find im feeling a little insecure when he doesnt call because that is kind of how we broke up in the first place. I guess Im just worried that we are going to break up again. I dont want to keep calling him, i want to show him i can give him his space when he needs it, but im feeling really hurt that he is not calling. i need something to get my mind off of him. my hobby is also his hobby, so that doesnt help because it only reminds me of him.
Captain Obvious likes to go around town pointing out the obvious to people, What are your hobbies? If you watch Camp Lazlo you'll lose some IQ points. It's obvious!
I need a new hobby, can you please help? Ok, I'm to young for a job and its summer. My friend and I usually role play. But there was a REAL creep who was on the role play forum and he had obsession with my role play character. (Ew! Gross!) This creep wrote very creepy and sicking messages on the board when I was the only one online. So no one believed me when I tried to get them to block him. I left the forum(That I help create and even wrote the plot for) and blocked the creep from all of my contacts. But role playing just grosses me out now and I hate the idea of spending to much time on the internet. I hate pop culture but try to lead a EGL vegan life. But the clothing costs so much and no one else likes the style in my small town. I some of the basic clothing like bloomers, petticoat, the a pair of shoes and two skirts but I need a hobby now in the meantime. Something thats vegan and ladylike(Don't say baking, I tried that it was fun but theres no where to store all of the baked goods.) Help.
Any ideas on a new hobby? I need a new hobby. I have spent WAY too much time on this damn computer and I need something new that will involve my hands and mind, and hopefully produce something interesting and eyecatching. I have about $400 for startup. Don't say foreign language, instrument or knitting. Not saying those aren't cool, they just aren't for me. I can't draw or paint or air brush or any of that. I would like to do something like take a motorclycle apart and fix it up but I don't have any know how. I mean I can take it apart and put it back together but wouldn't really know what is broken. I can weld but don't have a welder, I can do body work (3 months in a body shop) but I don't have the tools. Anyone have any ideas I can look into and see if I would like it. Keeping in mind that I live in a little town in the of no where Kansas. So I can't run to a supply store everyday pr something. I have a garage I can work on stuff in. And alot of tools.
How can I forge an identity for myself? While remaining grounded, how can I feel confident knowing who I am? Knowing is hard for me. I am a twenty-nine-year-old white male from the suburbs. I reckon I am a bright, articulate individual with some insight into the arts and interested in pursuing some relevant creative hobby. My intellectual pursuits could be computers, psychology, or perhaps the film or literary worlds. I need to plant my feet firmly on the ground and go, but also to know what in my heart what I am. How ought I to represent myself? What can I do as a recluse in a small town in Canada whose mind I fill with all manners of strange ideas, thoughts and emotions? Is there any way I can snap out of the dazed sense of clouded confusion that hangs over me and is my own? Who am I and where I am going? What am I worth and what do I have in my heart? What are some techniques I can use to establish my own identity? How can I be a man? How does one handle this issue? Help!
Does anyone else ave a significant other whose hobby takes all their time and money? My Husband is obsessed with motorcycles. He works at a motorcycle shop, at the moment he has 4 different motorcycle projects which he is working on, he has at least 2 up coming motorcycle events which are out of town and require him to take time off from work. Maybe I wouldn't mind so much but I have to beg him to give me $20 a week to stick back for emergencies, He has never taken a day off from work to do something with his family-we have a 2 year, and he never watches the baby so I can do more than run to the grocery store. I am just feeling a little used I suppose. I don't go and buy things I could really use, like some clothes or new tennis shoes because there is never money and what little is left after his hobby I feel we need for that baby. He will walk in from work and go straight to the garage and work for hours on one of his bikes. We don't argue or fight, this isn't why he spends all his time doing this, he is just obsessed with bikes. Any ideas?
I don't want my dad to move to my town - how can I tell him this gently? Lately my dad has been talking about moving to my town. I am supposedly the one who is "closest" to our dad, since my older siblings are from his previous marriage. But, ever since my mom died four months ago from cancer, I can't stand to be around him. He was so in denial about her final illness that he didn't lift a finger to help, leaving me to care for her all by myself 24 hours a day. So I have a lot of resentment from that. I also think it's depressing to be around him, because I miss my mom. And, while I love my dad, right now I don't like him very much. He doesn't have any friends or hobbies and I know if he moved to my town, it would be 100% my job to entertain him. I feel sad for him that he's alone and lonely, but I don't want to have to be around him - as it is I count the minutes until I can leave when I visit him. I'd want to kill myself if he moved here. How can I tell him not to without hurting his feelings? He's said that he has "no place else to go".
what are some things i could do for a hobby? im a stay at home mom with a three month old baby. my husband works alot especially at nights and every weekend. i feel like im constantly getting upset with him cuz he has things going for him and i don't. he gets to go out of town for business and do fun things. i know that he misses me when hes gone but i get so depressed sometimes feeling like all i do is take care of our baby and him. cook and clean do laundry and etc everyday. i lost a lot of my friends cuz im a young mom, only 20. and all of my friends are going to collage and partying. which i can't do. ugh. i need help to get myself to feel better about all of this. what should i do when i get bored or depressed?
Need a Hobby? I'm a 21 year old female that works full time. I don't have a lot of friends because I'm so shy so it seems like I'm always bored. What are some good hobbies to fill the time (besides scrapbooking and knitting)? Sport teams are not good for me because I'm kind of self conscious and my town doesn't have many clubs (like book clubs). I'm up for any idea!! Thanks!
What past game boards would you like to have and why? (I would love to own the older "Trouble" games...I loved the board design!! I grew up on the older version!) What about you,and what intrigues you about the ones that you like and why? Extra questions...if you want to answer all of them, that is great...or pick a few and answer, that is fine as well! Do you happen to have any older board games and which ones , if so? My mother has hers..one of them is one that we kids would play it is called "Mr. Bug goes to Town." I think it is a great game...nothing too fancy, but, it is fun!! And,last..have you ever made a game or game pieces, and if you have what was/is the game? Did it work really well? and if you could make up some board games, what type of game would you love to make and why? also, game pieces...anybody collect or love to make and what are the themes for the game pieces and games and what pieces do you just like to either collect or make, for a hobby? thanks alot!!
Which website can I go to ask questions about towns and cities around the world? I'm doing this a hobby and I don't want a travel website. Would like a website with message boards. Can anyone think of one?
How can i get back in the saddle? When i was younger i was an apprentice at a local horse stable in my town for five years. I had always loved horses and had a great passion for them. I bought and owned a horse for about three years until family propblems arose and she had to be sold. I was 17 then and seemed to care more about partying anyways so i let it go. Now the partying days are over i'm 22 and stuck in a dead end job i hate. I'm married but no kids thank god. I have a mortgage two cars and live in a suburban hell. I can't think of any way to refocus on the career i threw away. I have to have my job to paybills, but work leaves little time for any hobbies other then house work. I'm miserable and depressed all the time now and my heart aches to be with horses again. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do or how to cope. My ultimate dream would be to have my own stable or ranch and teach kids to ride and get involed with horses, but i can't think of anyway to get there. I need help... any suggestions?
Does anyone know the name of this puzzle? The puzzle starts off saying... Five students live in five towns and have five different hobbies. No two students live in the same town or have the same favorite hobby. Use the clues to figure out who lives where and likes to do what. Then it shows a grid where you would put x's and o's If you have a link for puzzles like this that would help alot!!!
If I was a professional from the middle-class, and I lived in the Home Counties in a commuter town, what....? kind of lifestyle would I typically lead? For instance, if I was married with children, and in my 30s or 40s, what type of products would I purchase more so than most Britons? What kind of car would I probably drive, and what style of house would I live in? Most importantly, what sort of recreational activities and hobbies would I take particular interest in? Which newspapers would I most likely read? Where would I prefer to go on holiday? What foods would make up a good portion of my diet? What sort of clothing would I prefer, and who would be some of my favourite retailers of these goods? What values in life would I most likely give priority to? Indeed, how would my lifestyle be different from people from other social classes and demographic groups in the UK? That is of course, if I was a university educated, middle-class, youngish to middle-aged married man with a family, and working in a profession like say, medicine, law, or academia, all while living in commuter London
re aircraft Hobby? Hi Guys, Any pilots or controlers or anyone in the aviation buisness can tell me if what I would like to do is legal or not. A lot of you guys in this site know I am a genuine guy, I am Scottish but live in Essex England, I suffer from multiple disabilities, I love watching aircraft inflight and at airports. Now I am at home a lot now as I am very tired with my kidney failures treatment 3 times a week. I want to know if it is legal to search and find a web site and to watch aircraft navigating around the UK. Aircraft flying to and from All Londons airports fly virtually over my house, my home town where I live in Essex has a navigation beacon where a lot of aircraft passing over the UK pass straight over. In the summertime I sit outside my front garden watching all the planes, I love monotoring them with my radio and I have the aviation map of my area. Is it possible and legal to watch / monitor flights in and around the UK and my area. Jimmy From Essex
How can you create a social life in a new town? I just got a new job in a different town, and with all my social life and coworker friends (which are different than normal friends, in that there isn't much interaction outside work) were left at my old job in the other town, so I'm wondering what i can do to try and meet people and get a social life going (i thought about starting off asking this as a dating question, but i realized you need a general social life first). The two big problems is i'm not a church-goer and i'm not a bar-goer either. I have some hobbies like Paintball, my Harley, i enjoy racquetball (though never play) and would race autocross if it were in season (soon). The job i'm getting is at a small factory and won't offer much for people to interact with, so i gotta look outside work to start this. I'm 22 and working on saving up for buying a condo in a few years, still live with parents (in rural iowa) and have a $50k income, but (will) work night shifts random days of the week. Also into shooting sports. I'm a decently athletic guy who i've been told is attractive looking. The town here is pretty big (i live outside it by 15 minutes) like 60k, its got a few colleges.
How would you feel if GBD came to your local town??? promoting cross country gummi bear devouring is my new hobby

Is there a standard size for model trains? Sine I was a child I wanted to collect model trains. Recently my gf bought me a model train for my bday. I have seen different sizes in the hobby shops and I was wondering if there is a "popular" size. I do not care for the large ones (no offense to those who do) and I do not want "tiny" trains... Is "NH" a common size? My intention is to build one of the monumentous train "towns" you see in exhibits. I do not want to spend years collecting sizes that may difficult to keep up with. Thank you to all of you for answerting. This has reeeeeealllly been helpful. YES, it is worth 10
I love to sing - how can I make my hobby more than that? I'm 14, live in a pretty average sized town near Machester and I love singing.
Recently retired from the military and Fed Government. Am bored stiff, suggestions on what to do? I spent 31 yrs in military, to include reserves, and additional 20 yrs in Federal Government service. Its been a year, and I can't find anything to occupy all my time. I used to work 10 hr days, although paid for only 8. Not permitted to do computer work for any company for 2 yrs and I might be deceased by then? Don't want to greet people at Wal-Mart, or volunteer at a library. Reside in very small town of 18,000 in cold climate area. Over-did my 3 hobby's and got bored and have problems sleeping because of my nasty habits I picked up since retirement. Any good suggestions for a "small-town" former military boy in fair physical shape except for war-injured leg. Serious advise only - please.
help my brother choose a college major? He is stumped. He likes his Philosophy class. He prefers Reading and Writing courses compared to Math courses. He plays guitar but doesn't know much theory. Photography is a hobby of his. I'm trying to paint a picture... His concern is that he wants a major that results in a good-paying job. I graduated in a mundane major in Liberal Arts and have found it difficult to get a job where I can use my degree in Economics around here. We live in a mid-size town and he would like to stay around here. Doesn't want to move out to a big city so he'd be looking for employment in a small to mid-size company. I don't want him to go into sales after college. Any ideas?

I wanna paint, but should I do oil painting or what? I live in a small little town for college and its so boring, so im thinking maybe I should take up a hobby like painting. Whats the easiest form of painting for a beginner that still looks good? How much would it cost to get started and all, I can draw decent but not really good. I dont know where to start, thanks
Are oil pastels or chalk pastels easier for beginning artists to work with? I am a beginning artist, who has drawn mostly in pencil. I want to branch out and start to experiment with color. Do you guys think oil or chalk is better to start for pastels? Also, are watercolors easy to work with? Please advise as to what other materials you would recommend....paints, pencils, etc. I want to get past the basics and start experimenting. Thanks for all of your help!! I am a 26 yr old wife and mom, so I don't have the time for formal classes, etc at our college in town. I just want to be good at it for a hobby and want to have the right things. Does oil pastel work on canvas? What types of media work well together? I know these are a lot of questions, but I want to be good in the worst way. I just need some experienced person to send me in the right direction. Thanks and god bless.

Do you have a hobby or an interest or side of your personality that makes people believe that you act younger? I'm 24, I still have similar interest that I had in my preteens and teens but I look at those interests differently now, and I believe I've matured in the past 4-6 years or so. But my older sister still sees me as a teen because of my interests in celebs. At least I don't look at them as gods or anything but I still get interested in the latest music, tv shows, movies, etc. and I'm just looked at as a teeny bopper, I have done some responsible stuff in my adult years such as finishing high school and college, I do live a sheltered life, especially in the southern rural town I reside in. Our parents did shelter us a bit. I haven't had all the experiences that people my age have here. I know one high school friend who got married at age 18 or 19, had a son, and her husband left her before she turned 24! I'm sorry, I wasn't ready to marry at 21 or whatever (she's supportive of that but in my town I feel like I'm judged for being so different). Also she complains that I have outbursts like a teen. I can't help I live in a frustrating world. I haven't had really anytime to myself, my first experience being on my own was a year at a university that I hated (back when I was 18 and 19) so I didn't stay and went to a community college instead. I haven't been able to save money to move out due to employment issues and I've done what I can :( I'm sick of having a family who sees me as immature.
Hobby breeder? A lady lives down the road from me(out of town) that raises dogs. They are purebreds, tested and so on. She used to show, but doesn't any more, but she still has a litter now and then. Just because you don't show your dogs, does that make you a byb? I should add that I'm the one who said "hobby breeder" she's never called herself that.
what could be a new hobby for me? well i am ALWAYS bored and i really am getting tired of it. i wanted to join a club or find something to occupy my time, other than sports. i hate sports and i dont want to join anything sports related. i do like cooking/baking, scrapbooking, animals, little kids, and spring/summer. i dont have many things avaible for me because i live in a town that doesnt really offer a lot, they dont have any clubs really, but i do often go to nashville (only on long weekends or breaks, like spring break) i am 13 so i need something that isnt for adults. thanks a lot for your help and remember, NO SPORTS!

I of course need help such that my mom is willing to help me for a couple of months while I am finishing up.But does this sound too horrible to take his baby away?(he is a ph.d/pd,impossible to relocate!) Additional Details Well, to clarify, I am not taking our baby away from him because I want to. , just because it seems like I have to. I need to stay at school(which is 1000miles away from him), since the baby is too small, he needs nursing and his mother. that's why I need to live with the baby. not him. but this sounds too hard. is anyone who is crazy :D like this. I can not imagine actually doing this , but thinking about this possibility makes me cry
My mom is on a career job out of town what should my dad do? He usually goes fishing but cannot stand the cold during the winter months. He is not very good with people, gets nervous around them, not very social. He likes to drink but worries that his wife thinks that he is doing something so refuses to go anywhere. Doesn't have much of a life outside of home. He likes to play games on the computer but does not enjoy sports of any type, including watching them. He likes to keep busy but during the winter and cold months he does not like to be outside. He is run by a small budget so cannot afford anything that costs so much it takes away from his family. What should he do to keep busy and have fun? I think he needs a hobby and soon before he annoys me to the point of kicking him out.

(Please) I need help making friends outside of school.? My high school is an hour away from where I live and I don't have a car so I can never hang out with friends. I've tried looking for hobby clubs around town but I have not found any clubs that are for people my age. I live in an area that's far away from town and has nothing exciting to do. I also suck at sports. I need some advice on how to have a social life outside of school. Thanks
I want a puzzle of the moon. I'm talking like 5000-10'000 pieces? Ive looked at every hobby shop in town. I've been looking for over 10 years for this. Does anyone know where I can find a BIG puzzle of the moon? I love the moon...I love puzzles...someone give me an answer...
Wcw Nwo Revenge for N64? I recently found a nintendo 64 and a copy of wcw revenge at the hobby shop in town. My question is, how do you delete data on the wcw game. Who ever had the game before changed all the characters names and outfits. I change the characters back to default, but as soon as I cut the system off and come back to play it. All the characters are back the way they were before. Is there a way to erase the data or anything? Its been a while since I have played a 64 and this game.
Can I use a retailer for my business if I'm not 18? Hi everybody. I am a freshman in highschool and I run a business making and selling duct tape wallets. They're pretty cool. I'm thinking about finding a craft or hobby store in my town and ask them if they could sell my wallets in their store, however, I'm afraid they'll reject me because I'm only a freshman in highschool. Can you make business agremeents at my age? If you'd like to buy a wallet and help my business just send me an with your order. Photos of wallets and prices can be viewed here- http://hs.facebook.com/album.php?aid=5746&l=b6d64&id=719759732
How to agree on choosing a house together? My husband and I of 6 years cannot seem to agree on what kind of house to look for. I want to live on a hobby farm without neighbors/farther from town and he is wanting to live closer to town with a smaller "hobby farm". When we look at real estate listings we have very different opinions on what we each think is a good place. He doesn't like my decorating style either, which to me seems so trivial. How can we get past this roadblock and agree on a house together?
Calling all religious hoppers? Are you one of them? I was but I sure hope to stick to Christianity this time: This is how my story goes. As a child I was raised catholic but I deviated and had no clue once i moved into another town and became a hobby-drug user. After bad times fell, i went back into mass. After that met some Protestant friends, than got into that. Then after having been dissatisfied i turned to judaism. I had a meeting with a rabbi but that didn't go too far. I read many things about judaism, I also spent a great deal learning about Kabbalah, and I still dont know nadda. then i also began to have an interest in Buddhism, Yoga teachings, philosophy, Gnosticism, New Age, astrology, and more. never tried Islam for some reason but i want to learn their language. I think its safe to say am looking for my own code for life. But I really want to stick to Christianity but in a liberal kinda way cause i feel safer with it. Any religious hoppers out there, or are you getting a feel for any religion?
Montana: Butte VS. Helena? I am planning on relocating to Montana, and need to choose between Butte or Helena. I want to purchase a hobby farm not far from town. We aren't rich, so which town is less expensive to live? Crime info would be appreciated. Anything you can tell me would be great. Thanks in advance.
Making Soap?? I am going to make soap. I am ordering the clear glycerin. Would food coloring work to color the soap? I don't have a hobby shop in this little town. I have to either drive 4 hours to get to the nearest one or order my supplies. BTW I am making soap baskets for Christmas gifts. The stuff I am getting is a heat & pour all I have to do is add my own scents & colors.
What are some low-cost, oddball hobbies? I'm looking for some oddball hobbies for my fiance. He isn't into a lot of things, so I'm trying to help him to come up with some creative things to do. He works construction, so when he gets home, he just wants to chill or do some hobby work. He lives in a VERY small town right now, so there's not much to do besides drink, y'know? I'm all out of ideas, so...if you have some oddball ones, let 'er rip! And please, no Google links. Personal experience preferred.
i need a hobbie, something that im good at? for some reason i am not good at most sports like dancing, horse riding, tenis, softball ect.. and i really need a hobbie/sport i live in a very small town, so my sports/hobbies are limited. what are some goood hobbie and sports i could try
I'm trying to write a book. It is a dramatic fiction book is my first couple of paragraphs good? She kissed me gently, and touched my wrist tenderly. I had never felt anything like this before. I wrapped my arms around her and held her tightly to me. She looked into my eyes and said “good bye.” It all started my last day of my freshman year of college at the University of Tennessee. I went to my last biology class, and couldn’t have been happier. “Blake, what’s going on man,” said Joey my fellow pre med classmate. I greeted him and told him about my plans for the summer break. I was excited to start my internship at the Kingsport Sun Times a small eastern Tennessee mountain town newspaper. Journalism had been a hobby of mine for sometime and I was happy to get a paying job at a newspaper for the summer. There is much more to the story i'm just wondering if you would be interested after reading this? Am I giving too much character info?
Is the Lexus IS300 an ideal first car? Yes, I realize I'm spoiled, but I happen to live in an upper class town. Anyway, I've taken a recent hobby of cars, and I love just looking them up, their specs, etc. I at first really wanted a used BMW 330ci, and part of me still does, but I remind myself that it's too powerful a car, and that repairs and maintenance would be through the roof. I looked elsewhere for a car with looks, performance, safety, reliability, a great interior, and I think I stumbled upon this little gem, the Lexus IS300. I think I just fell in love with the car. It's as if the car is already customized, but it's standard, like the cool rear headlights, and the awesome rims. I also read that it's rated as one of the most reliable cars ever, lasting upto 250,000 miles if treated like a baby. This is the one I fell for in particular: http://tinyurl.com/2a685j My question is if this is an ideal first car? Is it too much to handle? And how are the repair costs? Sorry that it made you sick to your stomach, but I just pointed it out, to not seem so oblivious that I'm picking a somewhat expensive car as a first car.
